At Cephalofair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
